Farm Lady Yoga

Whenever I visit the family in Illinois, I lead yoga classes for my Mom, aunt, and sister. I kept thinking it would be so fun to record videos for them, but just never got around to it. Well, I finally did! I’ve started posting short videos on my YouTube channel, all sorted into the Farm Lady Yoga playlist! The name was my mom’s idea! :)

A lot of the videos are quick tutorials on little tweaks you can make to your form to get stronger or get deeper into the posture, others are stand-alone flows or mini classes you can follow along with.
