I'm presenting a series of four workshops on the Bikram posture series. I'll be breaking down the postures and working on specific elements in each one. You'll learn how to strengthen and deepen the postures themselves, as well as their real-life applications. It's not just for Bikram yogis! I’m using the Bikram series, but the anatomy and applications you’ll learn can be applied to any type of yoga or other athletic pursuit!
