Updates - November 15, 2011

Happy fall! It's been great seeing so many enthusiastic listeners at Music at Noon and FENAM! Thanks to all of you who came out for the concerts! And there's more to come in 2011! Check the calendar page for more great chamber music, and some very fun holiday concerts. There are also some 2012 dates up already for those of you who like to plan ahead. And what's up there is just the beginning. Keep checking back for new concerts and updates (I'll try to send news more often than once every five months)!

In non-music news, Tim and I ran in the Merrell Down n' Dirty Mud Run on October 30th. What a blast! It was a 10K trail run with military-style obstacles and, of course, lots of mud. This is how we stay sane during the busy concert season....by doing crazy things!! We ran in the barefoot division, wearing Merrell and Vibram barefoot running shoes (it sounds like an oxymoron, but it's not). Tim came in fifth in the men's division and I won the women's! Such fun!

Back for more! - August 9, 2011

Hey everyone! Sorry I was out of touch for a little while...technical difficulties.
It seems like I just wrapped up the 2010-11 season last week instead of a couple of months ago. How time does fly!
Concert dates are forthcoming...and it's going to be another busy one! Check back for concert dates for Music at Noon, Citywater, Camerata Capistrano, Sacramento Baroque Soloists, and Townsend Opera Players!
The fun begins in September!

Citywater on the Radio! - June 9, 2011

Hey everyone!

Citywater was just on KVMR in Grass Valley this past Sunday! Tim and I talked on air with Randy McKean on his show The Outpost. Randy played some recordings of our past performances and we talked about the group and new music in general. We'll have a copy of the show on the Citywater webpage soon!

Coming up, the whole group will be at KXJZ (Capital Public Radio) to do an interview and in-studio performance on Jeffrey Callison's show Insight! If you go to www.capradio.org, you can stream the show! If you're local, it's 90.9 fm.

That's Friday, June 17th at 10am!!

Be sure to tune in! Then, come to the concert that night!
